Caversham Park Tennis Club is a small, friendly community tennis club where the LTA's "Tennis For All" slogan applies.

The club features 4 tennis courts, which provides a good facility for the local area of Caversham Park. It is hoped that in 2008 the facilities will be enhanced with 2 more tennis courts and floodlights on all courts.

The GDT Reading Community Tennis programme for this area will include upto 8 primary schools who will all benefit from the following:

• Tennis lesson from the GDT team of coaches for each class
  
• Extension programme for years 1 and 2 where coaches visit during their PE lessons and conduct 'Talent ID'. Free coaching will be offered to kids from years 1 and 2 that are identified as talented.
