Woodford Park Leisure Centre has a wide range of leisure facilities and is open to the public seven days a week. There is no annual membership for using the facilities which include:

• 5 court indoor sports hall (used for Mini Tennis Red)
• 4 floodlit tennis courts (see picture)
• Numerous grass football pitches
• Hard surface area for football and netball (floodlight)
• Crazy golf and c hildren's play area
• Bowls Club and Inn on the Park (Public House)
• Berkshire LTA offices
  

The GDT Reading Community Tennis programme for this area will include upto 8 primary schools who will all benefit from the following:

• Tennis lesson from the GDT team of coaches for each class
  
• Extension programme for years 1 and 2 where coaches visit during their PE lessons and conduct 'Talent ID'. Free coaching will be offered to kids from years 1 and 2 that are identified as talented.
