Air structures are constructed from a light-transmitting fabric that is inflated and supported by a mechanical blower. Much of the air supplied can be re-circulated and can be heated to a thermostatically controlled temperature. It is very important that back-up systems start automatically in the event of power failure are provided because the structure relies upon the air supplied by these units for its structural integrity. Air-structures commonly cover 2 - 4 courts although larger units can be fabricated. They can be demounted to provide outdoor courts in the summer, however, the fabric membrane will need to be stored when not in use and this may shorten its life-span. Careful maintenance of these structures is important. Call us today for further information and cost plans. Alternatively email us at info@gdtennis.co.uk. |
